Nashua, New Hampshire – WYVERN Ltd has once more secured its ISO:9001 Certification following a successful Audit, conducted by The National Standards Authority of Ireland, Inc. in July 2023.
ISO 9001:2015 certification specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization demonstrates its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. This standard was last reviewed and confirmed in 2021. Therefore, this version remains current.
Due to the timing of this audit in the ISO-9001.2015 sequence, NSAI performed a re-certification audit of WYVERN’s quality system. According to auditor Buddy Godbout, “the Quality Management System employed by WYVERN is well-developed and was found to be in full compliance with the Standard. As such there were no findings discovered during the course of this 3-day audit”.
