WYVERN Webinar, “Professionalism and its Affect On Safety”

We’ve all come across folks in this business that stand out from the rest.  What is it about them that caught our attention?  It probably wasn’t just that their necktie was tight, but they carried themselves with not an air of arrogance but a firm confidence that you knew they were a cut above the rest, and demonstrating this through not just their visual presentation but their actions as well.

It’s these kinds of women and men that can make or break an organization.  How did they get to be this way?  Someone in their past likely made an impression on them that professionalism wasn’t just about the necktie, but that it is critical to weave being a pro into their very fiber.  They care about it and it shows in the smooth execution of their duties.

Our chief presenter will be Dr. Tony Kern, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Convergent Performance, an organization providing expertise and training to all industries on the subjects of Human Performance.  Dr. Kern is one of the world’s leading authorities on human performance in time-constrained, error-intolerant environments, and has written and lectured on the subject around the globe for nearly two decades.  A retired U.S. Air Force B-1B command pilot and former Chairman of the U.S. Air Force Human Factors Steering Group, Tony has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in evaluating human performance and how to extract the best results and optimal professionalism.  Please join us to hear Tony’s thoughts and to share your own experiences and/or good ideas.
