We all spend hours during training in order to prepare for the next real-life abnormality. Hopefully this training is meaningful, and you actually have a little sweat on your brow after each training session. After all, you are trying to become a better aviator each time you train, and not just there to “check the box,” right? Some scenarios involve avoiding mistakes others have made. But how about learning how some aviators successfully managed their way through an event?
Our chief presenter will be Jason Middleton, CEO of Wingman operator Silver Air, a worldwide charter operation. Jason will share his experiences learning from incidents that resulted in successful outcomes, and how important it is to share this good news as part of improving our readiness for the next incident.
