Did you answer “yes”? One could argue that Safety is better to be a core value than a priority. Priorities change based on mission, and to execute that mission you might need an ever-changing set of priorities. Aviation safety, viewed as an unwavering commitment at all levels, must be present if we are to consider safety a critical core value at our operation.
