Allison Markey joined our team as Director, Audit Programs. Allison is the Vice-Chair of the International Standards for Business Aircraft Handling (ISBAH) Standards Board. Her talents will enable us to take big steps forward. Her accomplishments include:
- Master of Aeronautical Science, Aerospace/Aviation Safety Systems
- Commercial pilot, multi-engine, instrument
- Pilot experience in Part 135 and 121 operations
- Dispatcher, scheduler, safety manager, accident investigator
- Experienced ISBAO / ISBAH Auditor
Devin Howes joined our team as Director, Safety Data Systems. Devin is an NBAA committee leader for the Small Operator Working Group. He successfully led the first-ever Small Flight Department Symposium at NBAA BACE 2018. Devin’s accomplishments include:
- Master of Business Administration / Certificate, Human Factors in Aviation
- Certificate, Aviation Safety Management Systems (USC)
- Commercial Pilot, Instrument Airplane
- Remote Pilot, Small Unmanned Aircraft System
- Certified FBO Safety Manager, National Air Transport Association
Valerie Troilo joined our team as Operations Support Specialist. She will be in our new office at the Bedford Hanscom Airfield in Massachusetts. Valerie is an experienced office administrator. Her educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, with a Minor in Public Relations.
Yulia Goudreau joined our team as Operations Support Specialist. She will also be in our Bedford Hanscom Airfield office. Yulia honorably served as a US Marine at the US Embassy in Morocco where she collaborated with the US Department of Homeland Security and the US State Department to ensure accurate intelligence in support of international missions. She will be completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics in 2019.
