The analysis includes:

• An online survey to be completed by the organization’s personnel to determine the degree to which they perceive alignment with requirements.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) review of the organization’s safety risk management documentation (SMS Manual, Safety Policy, ERP).
• DELIVERABLE: Analytical report indicating your organization’s alignment with the FAA’s basic regulation for SMS (Part 5, Subpart C, Safety Risk Management).

NOTE: The client must agree to provide WYVERN with an electronic copy of their SMS manual, ERP, and Safety Policy. The client must also provide WYVERN with the contact information (names and email addresses) of their Accountable Executive, DO, DoM, Chief Pilot, Safety Manager, Sales Manager (as applicable) and subscribe to WYVERN updates.
