WYVERN ACES Membership Enhancement

Dear Colleagues,

WYVERN is responding in many ways to improve our tools and your experience with our ACES platform. Today, we released the most significant update since the initial release of ACES last June. With these changes, all members will be able to scale their membership, so their monthly fee better fits their budget.

The primary feature of this release is the enhanced ability to offer ACES at more reasonable pricing and stratified to meet your needs, instead of the “one size fits all” structure. With this new release, our Corporate Members, Brokers, Registered Operators, and Wingman Operators will be able to select the tools and options they need without having to pay extra for features they do not currently use.

The secondary feature in the new release is the ability to run ad hoc PASS reports for a nominal fee. This will allow Basic users to run PASS reports infrequently without having to pay a higher fee associated Premium Membership for those who rely on daily PASS and Safety Intelligence Reports (SIR) as part of their business.

Our membership levels begin with Basic, which allows an operator to “be seen” in our system by Brokers, Corporate Members, and other operators to improve their business opportunities. Also, under the new program, any user can choose to be Basic, which can potentially lower their membership fee. However, please note that Basic membership does not include the following features: 1) PASS reports, 2) SIR, the system component that provides granular analysis of the operator’s background (accidents, incidents, enforcement actions), full aircraft fleet list, pilot list, insurance information, and contact details for the operator’s key personnel, 3) Aircraft Search function, and 4) Preliminary Accident Notification (PAN) feature.

Under the new program, Premium Members will continue to enjoy the unlimited use of SIR and graduated ability with the PASS component such that Premium 30, Premium 50, Premium 100 allows the user to run up to 30, 50, or 100 PASS reports per month respectfully. If the user needs more PASS reports than their membership level allows, they can always purchase an ad hoc PASS report.

Our Enterprise Members will continue to enjoy unlimited use of ACES, along with customized PASS criteria and the ability to manage Partner Operator lists. Enterprise members will also have access to WYVERN’s SMS software at no additional charge if they are a small operator, or at a significantly reduced rate for larger, more complex operations. Our Custom Members will continue to enjoy their unique experience based on their specific needs which are provided by our world-class software development team.

These new features and membership pricing will take effect, based on current membership level agreements (Basic, Premium, Enterprise), after a grace period which expires on July 1, 2020, unless the member decides to upgrade or adjust early.

If you have any questions, please contact our support team.

Your Wingman,

Sonnie Bates

CEO, WYVERN
