Here’s the scenario – Four business jet runway excursions in five months. If I were to ask each of those operators if they saw a trend developing in regards to runway excursions, all four of them would probably say no. Well, from where I sit, I’m seeing a trend. And furthermore, guess what pesky causal factor was prevalent in all four events?……yup, an unstable approach.
