The NBAA Leadership Summit kickoff presentation was Leading With Uncertainty by Bill George, a Harvard Business School professor, a well-known contributor to CNBC, and an author of two books: Discover Your True North and 7 Lessons for Leading in Crisis. In response to a world challenged by VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity), George has developed the leadership response – VUCA 2.0 (Vision, Understanding, Coura,ge and Adaptability). George’s presentation framed lessons learned through the entire Leadership Summit.
