To be considered as a Wingman, operators must have an immaculate record for a minimum of 5 years with the appropriate aviation authorities, actively show their commitment to leading safety practices, and have a strong safety culture. Operators must also provide consistently up-to-date, accurate safety data in the Wyvern online database and successfully pass an onsite audit every two years where flight, maintenance, and company business practices are evaluated against The Wingman Standard.
The Wingman Standard was the first commercial safety standard in business aviation, and is continually revised by Wyvern’s advisory board as aviation safety practices evolve. It is one of the most challenging standards to uphold.

PASS Reports measure over 100 data points concerning the aircraft, crew qualifications, crew currency, and insurance.
