The Safety Leader Training Course is an enjoyable 4-day training event. The first two days cover how to manage an SMS in any organization. Day 3 focuses on audit principles, processes, and procedures as described in ISO 19011, Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems. Trainees who complete this course and have requisite experience will be able to conduct SMS audits worldwide. Day 4 focuses on leadership and management principles related to safety, and how to ensure a positive safety culture an any organization. Trainees who complete the four-day course will be formally recognized by WYVERN as Accredited Safety Leaders. This course is perfectly suited for Accountable Executives!
