Graduates evolve and verify core competencies including enhanced crew member effectiveness, leadership potential, professionalism, and psychophysiological resilience in crisis to elite standards. Course completion qualifies pilots for reduced minimum time requirements for Second in Command Time in Category (Airplane) and Time in Class (Multi-Engine) to meet WYVERN certification standards.

  • Demonstrate characteristics essential to effective crewed flight operations through the successful completion of the APS-WYVERN Airmanship Professionalism Assessment

  • Increase manual flight operations proficiency and airplane state awareness

  • Improve aeronautical decision making and flight envelope appreciation

  • Evolve Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) through applied Threat and Error Management (TEM) specific to Loss of Control In-Flight (LOC-I), aviation’s top fatal threat
